Check cashing privileges give you the ability to obtain funds for gaming without the need to carry cash or pay costly ATM fees.

You can apply for check cashing privileges in person or online:
Visit the New Accounts Window or Main Cash Cage and request an application, OR you may also apply, using our secure online form by clicking the button below.

Please go to the Riverside Resort Hotel & Casino New Accounts Window or Main Cash Cage for ID verification. Once verification is completed, you will be able to cash personal check(s) up to the limit you have set and been approved for. Funds will be provided to you via a Marker which will be in the form of a Counter Check.

For your convenience, you can request a Marker (Counter Check) at any time without having to leave the table games. Simply let the table games team know. Or you can come to the Main Cash Cage window and write a check.

No, our verifications are non-intrusive on your consumer credit.

Your check will be deposited within 24 hours. Your check must clear the Riverside’s account before another check can be cashed, up to the dollar amount you have been pre-approved for. For example, if you are approved for up to $1,200.00 and you wrote a check for $500.00 you still have the approval to cash a check(s) up to $700.00. Please allow 12 business days for each check you write to post to the Riverside’s account.

Yes, the funds are for all gaming at the Riverside Resort Hotel & Casino.

When your Check Cashing Privileges are approved and your limit has been established, each personal check(s) you write will be processed against your checking account within 24 hours.

• If your limit is $1,200.00 and you wrote a check for $500.00 you still have the approval to cash a check(s) up to $700.00. Please allow 12 business days for each check you write to post to the Riverside’s account. We want you to have this information so you can request a credit limit that works best for your needs.
• Should your personal information change i.e. bank account number, name, address, telephone number(s) please visit the New Accounts Window or Main Cash Cage Window and we will update your account right away.
• To keep your account active, please write a check at least once a year.
