The Prime Rib Room is renowned for its slow-cooked mouth-watering Prime Rib, carved and served tableside. We also feature Half-Roasted Herb Chicken, or try our new fish selection! Your dinner includes an all-you-can eat salad bar, daily selections of fresh vegetables and potatoes. Our dessert selection includes a delectable assortment of pies and cakes (and sugar free choices) all made fresh daily in our own bakery. All of this is included in one low price per person. The Prime Rib Room is located on the 2nd Floor of the North Tower, overlooking the spectacular Colorado River.
